After 10 years my marriage is coming to an end.

We’ll be putting things together as smoothly as we can, and parting ways as politely as we can.  Over the last two and a half years, we just moved too far apart.  Things got hashed out all night last night with a bunch of stuff.

Probably not going to be too communicative over the next few weeks…right now I feel like I did when an enemy of mine rang a lead pipe off of my skull.  Totally fucking concussed, it’s so damn hard to think right now.

At any rate…

My plans for things…

  1. I will be staying in the South Bend area as long as the mighty Misfit is still alive…I am not going to subject her to another move, especially not at her age.
  2. After that, I’m looking at getting out of the area…and hopefully out of the fucking country.  I’ll settle for out of Indiana first though.

It’s so fucking hard to think.

  3. You are in my prayers.
    Hugs.

Reach out to people you trust with your inner awareness. Listen to your gut.

At times such as this, logic often fails to hit the mark entirely while intuition often hits the mark with pinpoint accuracy.

Know there are people out there who understand and to the extent it is possible for them, will be there for you, supporting you and proving loyalty at every turn.

I know what I have just typed sounds strange but nevertheless, it is quite accurate an observation.

is an example of a friend who can be trusted and has proved his loyalty and commitment time and again.

Were each of us to have our own “”, life would be very blessed indeed. Unfortunately, some people are just not so fortunate. We, on the other hand, are.

  4. Wow and fuckery.

I been where you at, and although you and I aren’t bestest of buds, there are certain things you’re about to go through that lots of us have.

And they’re going to suck. The best advice I can give you, unsolicited, is that you need to listen to the advice of those who have been divorced.

I’m hoping to hell that you two have no kids?

  5. No children at all…unless you count the four footed meowing kind…

On that one though we already have that one worked out.

  6. Thanks…

My head feels like it is being stuffed with cotton wool right now.

  8.

I’m sorry to hear about this. I don’t know what to tell you, or what to say. I’m sorry it didn’t work out, and hope if you need anything, just IM me.

  9. wow, sorry to hear about your divorce. I know I don’t really know you but I’ve been through a divorce myself and it really does suck. The best advice I can give you is to spend time with your friends and be good to yourself. Dwelling on things will only drag you down. Going to the gym and working out will do wonders for you. Not only will you be able to work off a lot of anger and frustration, but you’ll get in shape and be more appealing for when you are ready to jump back in the water.

  10. All good advice…

I started hitting the iron again last night. My head was so damned fogged up it was starting to interfere with my writing.

Speaking of writing, I’m glad to see that you have been updating your deadlog again…I was really starting to miss it.

  11. That’s great. Keep at it because you’ll definately feel way better about yourself. I know it helped me through my divorce big time. After six months of weight lifting I was getting all kinds of attention from the women.

Yeah, I’ve really put a lot more effort into making the time to write. I got a lot of interesting stuff coming up in the next few updates.
